It normally shows how much I have left but is blank and will not allow me to load a file due to this issue. Can someone look into this issue? Thank you!</p>

<p dir="auto">Could you please try logging out and then logging back into your account?</p>
<p dir="auto">In many cases, simply signing in again resolves the issue.</p>
