@Jacqueline-Grace Hi there. Before uploading the STL file to the APP, please make sure your printer is connected to the APP and the WIFI.

      for your reference.

And please kindly note that after binding the device, you will get 500MB of storage space to store your own models. You could go to β€œMe>Profile” on the APP and you will see a β€œ+” option in the bottom left corner of the page. Then you could upload your own STL format models files to the app to print.

If you want to slice the models in the Willbuilder, you could check below tutorial video.

The "Download Failed" error is usually caused by either a network issue or a problem with the TF card.

First, please help us check your network connection by sending us a photo or screenshot of the WiFi Info screen. This will allow us to verify whether the printer is connected properly and identify any network-related issues.

If the network appears to be normal, we can arrange a replacement TF card for you.

We look forward to your reply.

Hey my 3D prints have spacing some times any tips how to help that stop

      Hi!

If your prints are showing gaps or inconsistent spacing, there are a few common things you can check:

Clean the nozzle to make sure it isn't partially clogged. Check the filament and ensure it feeds smoothly without tangling or excessive resistance. Reduce the print speed slightly to give the extruder more time to lay down filament consistently. Increase the nozzle temperature by 5–10Β°C (within the recommended range for your filament) to improve extrusion. Calibrate the flow rate (extrusion multiplier) if the gaps appear consistently throughout the print. Check the extruder gear to make sure it is clean and gripping the filament properly.

To help us identify the exact cause, could you please send us:

A few photos of the printed model showing the gaps. A short video of the printer while it's printing. The filament type you're using (PLA, PETG, etc.) and the nozzle temperature.

Once we have this information, we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot further.

@Caleb_Kitchen Thank you for your feedback.

We are continuously improving our AI-generated models, so it is normal for some generated models to have minor imperfections or printing defects.

To help determine whether the issue is related to the model or the printer itself, we recommend printing one of the built-in models available in the app. This will allow us to verify whether the printer is functioning normally.

If the built-in model prints successfully, the issue is likely related to the generated model. If you experience the same problem with the built-in model, please let us know, and we'll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you.

Thank you for your patience and support.

@Christian-Dosson Hello, are you referring to the storage containers that hangs on the side of the machine to hold small tools? It would be helpful if you could provide more details.Thanks.
