@apple_user_1772082999 Hello, currently PoloPrint does not have a function to adjust the numerical value of the layer height. However, you can change the layer height by selecting different print modes within PoloPrint. After clicking "Print," you will see four options; the following are the layer heights corresponding to three of them:
High quality: 0.15mm;
Normal: 0.2mm;
Fast: 0.25mm.

@Mr-B Hi there, this printer is compatiable with 8GB/16GB/32GB TF card.
For the problem you mentioned, you just need to use the TF card reader to insert the TF card to your computer and then right click to format it with FAT32, 4096 bytes.

@SpoodyHollow Hi there, so sorry that our printers cannot use the AMS machines. If you want to change the color of the filament, you can go to "Prepare>Load/Unload filament" on the printer to change the filament color.
