@apple_user_1766773566 tpu is tricky to get good results. Temperature, speed ( slow it down) and retraction ( add a little) are crucial. Difficulty is compounded by the remote extruder.
Tpu is flexible and compresses. It is also very fluid.
Settings will depend on these factors.
There is no exact setting for all tpu, each is different.
Tpu melts hotter than pla, more like petg. It will require more retraction than solid filament due to compression.
Trial and error.

RE: 1kg filament holderposted in TINA2 Serials
@Natedawg a 1 kg roll holder isn't exactly a simple deal. Due to size and the arrangement of things the machine needs raised off the table to clear the extruder drive. Anything else compromises feed alignment.
You can read some of the other posts about where to get files from the Internet to print. There's several standalone roller type filament holders I think thingaverse has one specific to be printed on tina2 due to size of the build plate -

@Anna-McGuigan
I installed the poloprint cloud app from the play store on my android phone.
I'm pretty sure it's in the app store for iPhone.
There's a windows app also.
Poke around the forum a bit, it's not too big. Lots of great links and tips.
