Rough prints

Newbie here! I fell in love with this printer and my first 4-5 prints (small in size keychains) did great! As I printed other things, nothing finishes correctly. I don't and haven't made any changes... but it is never smooth. All I use is the Poloprint app too. Help!

If you have poloprint cloud app installed, in the tutorial section there information on slicer settings. From my experience I will guess (and only a guess) you are experiencing over or under extrusion. Other than setting the z offset, it's the only adjustment I have to do. It is per roll of filament specific, and I have seen extrusion factors change in the middle of a cheap roll.
YouTube has tons of videos from all over about 3d printing.

Like, what do you mean about it not finishing correctly? Is it the model looking like spaghetti? If so I can let you know what to do to fix it.
